I offer everyone a free, 15-minute phone consultation as an introduction. On this call, you can share your goals for therapy and get to know my style as a therapist. This is a great time to clarify any questions you may have. At the end of the consultation, I’ll check in to see how you’re feeling about moving forward with a first appointment.

Our first session together will look different from the rest. This is our opportunity to get a feel for each other, gather important background information, and set therapeutic goals.

Come ready to provide a snapshot of where you’re at an where you have been—feel free to ask me any questions as well!

Individual sessions are $180 and couples sessions are $220.

For individuals, sliding scale rates are available and are based on annual income and financial need. If you feel this applies to you, just mention it when you reach out!

I belong to a group practice, Intuitive Healing Psychotherapy Practice, that is considered Out of Network for insurance.

If you have Out of Network benefits, I will provide you with a superbill each month that you can use for reimbursement. You can also check your benefits through a tool called Mentaya on Intuitive Healing’s website here.

Dealing with insurance can be complicated and frustrating, so if you have any questions about the process, just let me know, and I’ll do my best to help clarify!

Every client will need a credit card on file, but you can choose to pay by card, cash, or venmo!

If paying by card, you will be charged the morning of your session each week.

Individual sessions are 45 minutes long, and couples sessions are 60 minutes.

When you commit to therapy, you commit to a consistent weekly appointment on the same day/time each week. I also offer twice-weekly therapy for individuals and couples and can assess if this is appropriate after our first session together.

I have a firm 48-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make therapy in a given week, and give more than 48-hour notice, you will not be charged. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, you will still be charged your full session fee. If an emergency happens, I’ll, of course, be flexible—just let me know!
